KH Designs has originally operated in California and now British Columbia for over Nineteen years. My training started even before I completed my Masters Degree in Architecture from the University Of Oregon and I have worked with some of the most recognized Architects in Vancouver and San Diego, USA. I have not carried on to complete the required exams to be a registered Architect so I have been told by the AIBC to let it be known that I am a Designer and Not an Architect. In no way do I promote myself to be such, and If any search engines states otherwise it is not from my direction.

Although I have designed projects for the West Coast of Canada and the United States I welcome anyone to contact me from anywhere in the world as the transfer of design drawings is boundless with the internet. KH Designs is based on the belief that my customers' needs are worth more than just a revision to an existing plan from a catalogue. Since I am a one man team I can offer a custom design at an affordable fee. With Autocad and Revit I can provide designs with the added feature of 3D renderings

With Dual Citizenship I can work and design in the USA and Canada.

With connections to local Consulting Engineers and Interior Designers my clients have a unique opportunity to be able to have a one stop design team. It may take a little more time than copying a design and "making a few minor adjustments" but I have found that my clients appreciate the effort put into my work and ultimately the pride they have in their custom designed project is well worth the cost of a custom design.

I can also arrange for hand drawn colored renderings if preferred.
