Carlsbad Beach Terrace Inn

This was a renovation completed after the Beach View Lodge had been reopened after its extensive renovation. The Owner's of the two Best Westerns in Calrlsbad wanted to update the Beach Terrace Interior Lobby

and Exterior once again maintaining the original structure as much as possible. This was a very tight site with setbacks, existing Palm trees and height limits all playing a part in restricting the design.

Overall it was a great facelift to an already popular place to stay in Carlsbad right on the beach.
